Educational project

The Hada’s educational project makes us unique as an educational center, it contains the guidelines of all members of our educational community: signs of identity, objectives and content, methodology, evaluation and organization.

Once upon a time there was a dream

… a dream in which everyone was dedicated to children, with warm and rewarding spaces created for their well-being, where trust was transmitted and perceived. In which, the child developed as a person acquiring skills and a series of values that contributed to make him feel loved and happy.

In the Children’s School of L’Eliana Hada, this beautiful dream has come true thanks to the commitment and the disposition of all its elements. The specialized training, motivation and innovative dynamics of our human team contribute to achieving the best of each child, putting resources and experiences at their fingertips that contribute to their personal improvement.

Once we dreamed of a Child Education Center called Hada, a magical world created to guide and educate your child, during his first years.

In this way we want to achieve our main objective, to contribute to the development of the child as a person stimulating their abilities, instilling values, making them acquire habits, facilitating the social relationship with other children and adults, making them feel loved and creating a close environment in the that you feel happy.

The families

In the children’s school of L’Eliana Hada, we consider it important to have a close relationship with families in order to achieve, to the maximum, the child’s integral development. This relationship is based on a first contact with the address, the initial interview with the teacher, the meetings of the beginning, quarterly and end of the course, tutorials with the teacher and / or the psychopedagogical office, direct contact and personalized follow-up of the child through the teacher or through the agenda, the parent school and joint activities with families.

Once we dreamed of a Child Education Center called Hada, a magical world created to guide and educate your child, during his first years.
It is worth noting the methodological guidelines that are very successful and taking into account these, lead to take them to the classroom through our educational projects: Montessori, Emotional Intelligence, Trunks of interest, Art Intelligence, TET, Multiple Intelligences, Atmosphere, Manipulation and experimentation , Doman Method, Digital Resources …
Objectives, methodology and evaluation

Everything is new at this stage, the friends, the teachers, the classroom, the patio, the food; therefore, the fundamental basis for working with students is love. It is very important for the child to feel loved and gain confidence. That’s when we deploy and put into operation our entire methodology.

In Fairy we teach in an active, motivating and participative way, each child is the protagonist of their own learning through the game and the proposed activities. The child is curious about everything that surrounds him and, that same curiosity, we must stimulate it further and use it to acquire knowledge.

Group activities are very important, children learn to share, to respect, to participate, in short to relate.

The organization of time is very important. The routines and habits such as: the greeting at the entrance, the assembly, classroom activities, lunch, toilet training, personal hygiene, rest, snack and farewell, get the child assimilate the notion of the weather. The same applies to the organization of space. They learn that every corner of the school is good for something: the dining room, the sink, the corridors, the patio, the different classroom spaces and also the exterior of the school: the street, its house, the park and more places.
